PRICING, OBTAINING SAMPLES, AND PLACING ORDERS

I'm Suzanne.  I am your first point of contact at Lightstreams Glass Tile.  Please feel free to contact me by phone at 650-966-8375  or e-mail at Sales@LightstreamsGlassTile.com to request a price list for your region.  Because we have protected resellers in various regions of the country, I need your zip code (or city and state in which you live) in order to provide you with pricing.

Should I be unable to answer your phone call personally, please leave a detailed message with your name, phone number and information regarding the specific Lightstreams Glass Tile(s) in which you are interested, the size of the tile, and the quantity needed.  You may also leave e-mail address information in your phone message and either I or someone from my team will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.

We strive to respond to all e-mail inquiries within 2 business hours.  Our scheduled business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm PST; however we are often here beyond 5:00pm (but not usually before 9:00am!) to answer your phone and e-mail inquiries.

If you fail to get a response to your e-mail inquiry, please check your "Junk Mail", as spam filters may put our response there before you add us to your contact list.

As we have a number of products, receiving a price list via e-mail is the easiest way for you to review our prices. We would be glad to e-mail a price list to you; please provide your zip code when requesting a price list.

Samples

After you have requested and received a price list and wish to receive samples, samples can be purchased by calling us at 650-966-8375.  

Our sample policy is:

• Renaissance Collection glass field tile samples
  • $3 per piece
  • Limit of 4 colors
• Jewels glass accent tile samples
  • Charged at wholesale price
  • Limit 4 - must be different patterns
  • 1"x1" or 2"x2" sizes available for samples, limited to stock on hand
• Shell Beach or Jewel Inlays samples
  • Representative 11" sample of Shell Beach available for $25
  • Representative 4" sample of Jewel Inlays available for $15
• 24K Gold Glass Tile samples
  • Charged at wholesale price
• Shipping charges are in addition to the cost of any tile(s) and we ship samples by Priority Mail 
• Samples are limited to stock on hand
• Visa or Mastercard accepted as payment

Please note, Lightstreams Glass Tiles are hand-crafted, art quality glass.  It is inherent that there will be differences in color, shape, and texture from tile to tile, even within the same part number.  Your samples are intended to give you an idea of the general look, feel, and quality of the glass,  but, especially for the Jewels and 24K Gold tiles, color and internal texturing may be very different from piece to piece and manufacturing run to manufacturing run of the same part number. 

Due to the custom nature of Lightstreams Glass Tile, all sales are final with no returns, refunds, or credit.  We do not accept returns of unused tile, so please ensure the amount you order is correct.

Also, like dye lots in fabrics, the same pattern or color of tile may vary from manufacturing run to manufacturing run.  Therefore, order enough tile initially so that your entire order can be manufactured at the same time to ensure tiles that are more similar than if fired in different manufacturing runs.  We recommend ordering 10% more than the exact amount of tile you require.
